Shipping policy
When you place an order in the webshop, you can choose from the following "shipping methods"
- Pickup in store
- Stacking comics
After we recieved the preorders from our supplier, you'll recieve a confirmation that your item(s) is available. After that, you can choose to have the available items send, or be left on your Stack.
Pickup in Store
You can choose to pick up a product in the store. Your order will then be available within 2-5 business days. Please take into account the opening hours and holidays! To pick up the product, you need to show the invoice number and a valid ID at the counter.
Ship my Stack
If you want to have your stacked items shipped, you can choose so by selecting the 'Ship my stack' option. Here you'll have to pay for the shipping costs.
